This is one of my favorite renderings I’ve done, and is a bit iconic for cgWerks. I’ve used this image as a backdrop for social media and other places, and it draws comments and attention.
It also highlights the detail to which the Domus home is modeled. These lamps were purchased for the project. I took one of them back to the office and created this model with my computer and a ruler. The rendering is actually a zoom-in of the lamp you see on the front of the house in the other Domus home renderings, with some tweaked lighting.
